ABOLITIONIST PRINT SUITE AND SALE
Over the summer we’d been working on making art humbly and admitting the things we didn't know..Isabel and I were calling a lot inbetween bookclub meetings and we were talking about speculative utopias. we thought that maybe imaginative creation is part of the path towards freedom, equity, and healing
We assembled a print suite (a collection of prints by different artists on a shared theme) as a way to collectively imagine anti-racist, anti-capitalist, non-carceral, border-free worlds
We hosted a handful of sales in person and online and ultimately raised $1,515 for Women on The Rise Georgia, who we think are creating those worlds.
